An interactive and hands-on nutrition and cooking experience for children and their parents/caregivers to learn, play and enjoy a healthy meal together. Kitchen Connections is designed to help bring families into the kitchen for a fun, healthy and engaging experience to increase food knowledge. Food kits or grocery cards are provided. This program is made possible with funding from United Way Hastings & Prince Edward. Wednesdays at 9:30 am located at 1 Woodview Lane.
