Self-care plays a huge role in keeping oneself physically and emotionally healthy. Join us at this weekly program where you will learn strategies for your daily life, including coping skills to turn your negative experiences into positive. Each week we will be practicing a new self-care activity such as yoga, meditation, positive mindfulness and so much more. Child minding will be provided.
