Special Guest: Elder Aimee Bailey of Circle of Turtle Lodge- Clan Systems

Elder Aimee Bailey will be share the story of The Clan Systems. The Clan Systems the traditional method of governance given to the Anishinabek people by Creator. Persons of Indigenous heritage are invited to gather to discuss the Anishinabek Clan system of Traditional Governance.   Aimee Bailey will share what she has learned about this topic over the past 25 years.  Women: please remember to honour Mother Earth by wearing a long skirt via Zoom at 2pm!

Here are some tips and tricks on how to use Zoom!

1) Download and Install: If you're on a computer, download the Zoom program from Zoom.us. If you're on mobile, download it from the App Store or Play Store.

2)Make an Account: Open up Zoom and make an account

3)Use Zoom: On the device that Zoom is installed on, check your email and use the Zoom link sent to you to connect to your workshop.

4)Connecting to audio:  Once in the call, select call via internet.

5)Mute/camera: Once in the call, there will be two buttons. One will say Mute and the other will say start video. Use those to mute yourself and start your camera when needed.

6)Have fun: Now you can enjoy your workshop or activity you signed up for! Have fun!
