Once a month we meet at Livefit Fitness where the parent/ caregivers have the chance to workout while childminding is provided on site or older children can participate in the fun!

This play based program is for expecting parents/ caregivers that help prepare for the "beginnings" of a family expansion and parents/caregivers with "new" families! We offer the whole family a variety of resources and support on pre and post natal questions, and stages of development in a environment that feels like home!
