This is a free, weekly drop-in program for pregnant moms who need extra support
- Learn healthy eating for mom and baby
- Learn about healthy pregnancy and caring for a newborn
- Get breastfeeding information and support
- Meet other moms-to-be in a fun and friendly setting
- Enjoy healthy snacks
- Get support from a registered dietician and public health nurse
