With the support of United Way of Quinte, THIS INTERACTIVE PLAYGROUP IS ALL ABOUT HEALTHY EATING! WE TAKE A RECIPE AND ENCOURAGE OUR FAMILIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PREPARATION. WE THEN SIT DOWN AND  ENJOY OUR CREATION WHILE DEMONSTRATING POSITIVE COMMUNICATION AND ROLE MODELING HEALTHY EATING HABITS!

FAMILIES WILL THEN BE ABLE TO TAKE MOST OF THE GROCERIES HOME TO RECREATE THE SAME RECIPE AT HOME FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS TO ENJOY!

Equipment, toys, resources and a nutritious lunch are all provided by North Hastings Children's Services and in partnership with Métis Nation of Ontario
