Bellies and Babies

Bellies and Babies is held weekly at the NHCS Centre in the parent resource room on Tuesdays from 10am until 12 noon.

This group is for all parents and caregivers from conception through 12 months postpartum. It will focus on supporting positive responsive relationships and promoting the health, safety, nutrition and well being of children and the adults in their lives.

A healthy snack will be provided
