Resource Consultant Program at NHCS
North Hastings Children's Services

Families with children with exceptionalities can access the Resource Consultant Program (provided through Family Space in Belleville) if the child is enrolled in a licensed child care program. This means that families are provided with the services of a Resource Consultant who will provide resources and information to ensure the child’s needs are being met.

As well, additional staffing can be provided through an Enhanced Support Worker in the child care classroom if that is what’s needed to ensure special needs are met.
